We have an equal commitment to both Clients and candidates and trust is at the centre of all our assignments.

We act totally objectively without any assumptions or pre-conditions.

We will only introduce a Client short-list once both parties are fully committed and briefed, ensuring that the necessary motivations are in place, to lead to an acceptable offer of employment.

We adhere to strict codes of conduct in the management of our affairs ensuring that all appropriate legislation is adhered to, rigidly, at all times.

We seek to build long term relationships through integrity, honesty, diligence, objectivity and delivery and offer a substantial guarantee of our work.

We will never undertake an assignment unless we are fully confident of a successful and professional completion to date, cost and quality.

We will never directly approach an employee of a Client company and all Clients remain 'off limits'.
