Executive Search, sometimes generally known as "head-hunting" is a thorough and comprehensive technique, designed to identify attract and source highly skilled talent for very specific appointments.

Once an assignment is agreed, a consultant is allocated to the Client and he/she is fully accountable for the complete end to end management of the instructions. Nothing is ever subcontracted.

A full comprehensive brief is agreed, which encompasses, the competences, structure, culture and key performance indicators for success in the role, which is linked into the job description and employee specification.

Following commencement, Clients are communicated with through interim phone calls, e-mail and personal visits, thereby keeping all stakeholders fully informed of the assignment progress.

All short-list, candidates are presented with detailed curriculum vitae, candidate reports, psychometrics, references and qualification validation. The Consultant manages all the stages of the offer and acceptance phases.
